Abstract
Unless otherwise indicated, the declarations and reservations were made upon ratification, accession or succession. The countries had objections to various Articles of the Convention. The countries like Algeria, Canada, China, Cuba, Czechoslovakia, Germany, Hungary, Mongolia, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, UK, Vietnam, Egypt, Finland, Japan, Netherlands objected to Article 66. Afghanistan, Chile, Morocco, Oman, Algeria and Argentina objected to Articles 62. A few other countries raised objections to Article 45,53,64,25,11,12,81,83,27,38 of the treaty.
