Abstract

In a comparative study between Judaism and Christianity, there are prominent resonances between teachings about the nature of Torah and the nature of Jesus Christ. This study analyzes how each tradition conceptualizes the complexity of the natures of each subject while also affirming their unity. Through studying these parallel concerns, this essay sets forth an agenda for a larger study of how Christian theology might conceptualize the relationship between Torah and Jesus Christ as part of an expression of a non-supersessionist expression of the divine economy.
