Abstract

In this chapter, the authors discuss an effort to enact organisational change in a division of student affairs via restructuring. The impetus for the restructuring was to innovate and realign to stimulate higher student success rates. The Division was restructured to create a more transparently connected clustering of student affairs services that support student well-being. The chapter applies Kotter’s leading change framework to examine the implementation of the reorganisation of the student affairs division.
