Abstract
The town of Shaqlawa, situated in the Erbil Governorate in the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq, is home to an Aramaic-speaking Christian community belonging to the Chaldean denomination. Based on fieldwork that was carried out in Iraq in 2017 and 2019, this paper presents some details about the Neo-Aramaic (NENA) dialect of the Christians of Shaqlawa.

העיירה שקלווה, אשר נמצאת במחוז ארביל של אזור כורדיסטן בצפון עירק, היא ביתה של קהילה נוצרית דוברת ארמית אשר משתייכת לזרם הכשדי הנוצרי. על בסיס עבודת שדה שנערכה בעירק ב-2017 ו-2019, מאמר זה יציג כמה פרטים על הדיאלקט של הארמית החדשה של הנוצרים משקלווה.

تقع بلدة شقلاوة في محافظة أربيل في إقليم كردستان شماليّ العراق، وهي موطن لطائفة مسيحيّة تتحدّث اللّغة الآراميّة والّتي تنتمي إلى طائفة الكلدان. بناءً على العمل الميدانيّ الّذي تمّ تنفيذه في العراق في عامي 2017 و2019، يعرض هذا المقال بعض التّفاصيل حول اللّهجة الآراميّة الجديدة (NENA) لمسيحيّي شقلاوة.
