Zusammenfassung
Die Reform der Römischen Kurie sowie der Apostolischen Konstitution Pastor Bonus wurde von Papst Benedikt XVI. eingeleitet und wird von Papst Franziskus fortgeführt. Bislang sind vor allem strukturelle Veränderungen der Kurie erkennbar. Diese beziehen sich zum einen auf den Bereich der Güter- und Finanzverwaltung, zum anderen haben sie zu einer Reduzierung der Anzahl der Päpstlichen Räte geführt. Eine Therapie für die von Franziskus diagnostizierten Krankheiten der Kurie ist in den strukturellen Änderungen noch nicht zu erkennen.

Pope Benedict XVI has initiated the reform of the Roman Curia and the Apostolic Constitution Pastor Bonus; the reform path is pursued by Pope Francis. Especially structural changes of the Curia are perceptible so far. Those refer to the division of financial administration and management of goods on the one hand; on the other hand those changes have caused to reduce the number of Pontifical Councils. A therapy of the Curial diseases according to Pope Francis isn’t yet in evidence in the structural changes.

È stato Papa Benedetto XVI. a cominciare la riforma della Curia Romana e della Costituzione Apostolica Pastor Bonus e tocca ora al suo successore Francesco di portare quest’opera a suo compimento. Finora si vedono soprattutto cambiamenti delle strutture organizzative della Curia. Questi si riferiscono sia all’amministrazione dei beni temporali della Santa Sede sia ad una notevole riduzione del numero dei Pontifici Consigli. Una terapia invece per le cosiddette malattie della Curia, diagnosticate da Francesco, ancora non si scopre.
