The article comments on a Jordanian Constitutional Court decision No. 2 for the year 2013 on whether Article 51 of the Arbitration Law No. 31 of 2001 is in violation of the provisions of Article 6(1) and Article 128(1) of the Constitution. The author review the relevant provisions of the Arbitration Law and consider the problems raised by the Constitutional Court’s decision.
