Abstract

Taeniacanthus dojirii Tang, Uyeno & Nagasawa, 2016 (Copepoda, Cyclopoida, Taeniacanthidae) is redescribed on the basis of specimens of both sexes recovered from the Japanese spotfin burrfish Chilomycterus reticulatus (Linnaeus, 1758). This species has been classified as belonging to the Taeniacanthus balistae species group.

Résumé

Taeniacanthus dojirii Tang, Uyeno & Nagasawa, 2016 (Copepoda, Cyclopoida, Taeniacanthidae) est redécrit à partir de spécimens des deux sexes collectés sur le poisson-hérisson ponctué japonais Chilomycterus reticulatus (Linnaeus, 1758). Cette espèce a été classée comme appartenant au groupe d’espèces Taeniacanthus balistae.
