Kalhorī is the less investigated dialect of Southern Kurdish. The paper introduces a Kalhorī folk-song of the hūra genre (with parallel English translation and commentaries), selected from the vast corpus of the Southern Kurdish dialect and folkloric materials, which have been collected from the Kalhor-inhabited regions of Western Iran.
