The article presents the publication of an important document in Arabic―with the English translation and commentaries, the report of a group of Dagestani leaders supporting the Qajars to the crown prince of Persia Abbas Mirza―the letter is initiated by Surkhaykhan the Second, the ruler of Kazikumukh, and compiled in the first day of Rajab, 1225 (= 2 August, 1810).
