Abstract

C. G. Thomson (1884-1888) described 74 species of Hemiteles Gravenhorst (s.l.) for which 22 lectotypes are here designated. 8 new synonyms are indicated and H. fasciatus Thomson, 1884 (preocc. by Heer 1850) is named Theroscopus fasciatulus nom. nov.
