Abstract

Microselia beaveri n.sp. is described from a single female from Zambia. It is recognised by its long, narrow ovipositor. M. deemingi n.sp. is described from a single female from Nigeria, where it was captured while it was trying to oviposit in the ant Camponotus acvapimensis Mayr. It has a short ovipositor with a broadly expanded base.
