Abstract

The genus Loxauchenia Schmitz & Mjöberg is synonymised with Puliciphora Dahl (syn. n.). Puliciphora malae sp. n. from Sulawesi is described. A revised key to the Puliciphora females of the Australasian and Oriental Regions is provided. The larval exuvium of a parasitoid Hymenopteran is reported in the abdomen of an adult fly.
