Abstract

The erigonine genera of obscure taxonomic affinities, Tunagyna and Thaleria, are considered as closest relatives. Tunagyna is regarded as monobasic, due to reassignment of T. antricola to Phanetta (comb. n.). Four Siberian new species (T. alnetorum sp.n., T. evenkiensis sp.n., T. sajanensis sp.n., T. sukatchevae sp.n.), as well as one Alaskan (T. leechi sp.n.), have been added to the formerly monobasic Thaleria.
