Abstract

New wing morphs of the synanthropic psocid Dorypteryx domestica are described, including wing morphology and body measurements. These forms are intermediate in wing length and other morphological traits between normal brachypterous and fully macropterous morphs. These individuals were reared from brachypterous parents in a laboratory culture. Aspects of alary polymorphism are discussed.
