Abstract

The current column covers selected procedural developments at the International Criminal Court (“icc”) from 2016. During the reporting period, the Court faced a heavy workload, and, as in recent years, it has delivered numerous decisions, taking such opportunities to clarify certain aspects of proceedings before the Court.
