Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies

This series aims at promoting high-level works dealing specifically with international law issues. The monographs are the result of academic research mainly produced by the most outstanding professors and graduates of the Graduate Institute in Geneva. They are systematically evaluated by international experts, who contribute to ensure the quality and reputation of this series, headed by a Publications Committee composed of five professors.

*Please note that the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies Series (GIIS) has been renamed and continued as the Theory and Practice of Public International Law series (TPPI). For more information on Theory and Practice of Public International Law, please click here.
