All courses at the Academy are, in principle, published in the language in which they were delivered in the Collected Courses of the Hague Academy of International Law.
This volume contains: - La famille en droit international privé, par A. BUCHER, professeur à l'Université de Genève; - Evolution of Principles for Resolving Conflicts in the Field of Contracts and Torts by J. DOLINGER, Professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro.
