Jessica Folio’s PhD, obtained in 2011 at the University of Reunion Island, has been the stepping stone for a research work on the notion of abjection and the treatment of the body in the wake of postmodern theories.
Holly Luhning is a Lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of Surrey. She is a novelist and a poet, and also writes critically on theories of the body, eighteenth-century print culture, and gothic studies.
