Marx’s 1st German edition is from 1867 and the 2nd from 1873. Engels brought out a 3rd edition in 1883 and a 4th in 1890. The 3rd edition was translated into English by Samuel Moore and Edward Aveling (1887) and the 4th by Ben Fowkes (1976).
