Wilhelm Fink distributes journals in cooperation with Brill N.V. in Leiden (Niederlande).

All journals are available in print and in digital form. If you have any questions regarding your subscription, please contact the customer service of Brill via customerservices@brill.com.

Where can I send my subscription orders?

You can place your subscription order on the Brill website in the journal section. Institutions and representatives are kindly requested to contact Brill at customerservices@brill.com.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Once payment has been received, your subscription will be activated; the individual issues will be sent to you as soon as they are published.

When do I get the bill?

You will receive the bill for the next reference year in October. For a subscription to Brill, the amount is to be paid in advance. This ensures that you receive the issues immediately upon publication.

When does my subscription start and end?

Your subscription is valid for the entire calendar year, starting on 1 January and ending on 31 December. If you subscribe in the course of a year, you will receive all issues published in that year. If delivery of the editions is delayed, the subscription will not be closed until the last edition of the year in question has been delivered.

How to renew the subscription?

If the subscription has not been cancelled, you will automatically receive a reminder including an invoice for its renewal. If the subscription shall not be renewed in the following year, please let us know by November 1st of the current year at the latest. Cancellations in the current reference period are no longer possible once the delivery of editions has begun.

How to cancel the subscription?

Once the payment has been made and the reference period has started, the subscription cannot be cancelled for the current year. If the reference period has not yet started, a cancellation can be made by sending an E-mail message to customerservices@brill.com. The subscription price will then be refunded to you less a five percent processing fee.

When do I receive the issues of my journal?

The newest issue will be sent to you as soon as it is published.

What if I do not receive a copy or if my copy is damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservices@brill.com and state the name of the journal, the edition number and, if available, your customer number.

What is included in the subscription price?

If you subscribe to the printed version, you will receive additional access to the electronic version at no extra charge. You also have the option of subscribing to the digital version only. If you wish to switch your subscription from the printed to the digital version, please contact us at customerservices@brill.com.

How do I access the online content of the digital journal?

What should I do to inform you about a change of address?

Please let us know any change of address as soon as possible by sending an E-mail message to customerservices@brill.com, including your name, the new address, the journal title(s) and your customer number.
