BrillOnline product FAQ and help files

Brill's online titles are fully Unicode compliant, and boast an Advanced Search System with an ability to cross-search multiple titles and export options for bibliographical results. BrillOnline has COUNTER-compliant usage statistics. For any technical questions or issues, please contact support@brill.com. Journal FAQ and help files

Brill's complete electronic journal archive, going back to Volume 1, No. 1 (where applicable) is included in active institutional subscriptions. Brill is a CrossRef publisher, our journal statistics are COUNTER-compliant. Brill provides a free table of contents alerting service, and free online sample copies are also available. RSS feeds and DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) for reliable and easy citation are provided. For its E-Journals Brill has a dedicated Frequently Asked Questions page.

CD-ROM Help Files

Brill has a number of CD ROM help files which you can access here. Our Helpdesk Questionnaire Brill CDs file and Rights and Permissions Brill WebCD file for all CDs created with the Verity Search Engine. For any questions over the compatibility of your PC and one of Brill's CD Roms, (e.g. for Vista), please contact support@brill.com.
