A new species, Typhlamphiascus tuerkayi sp. nov. (Copepoda, Harpacticoida, Miraciiidae), is described from specimens collected in the South China Sea. This new species differs from its congeners by the combined characters of the number of chitinous lamellae on the male P1, the apomorphic setal formulae of the swimming legs, and the setal number on P5. The new species is most similar to T. ovale Wells & Rao, 1987 and T. higginsi Chullasorn, 2009. It differs from the latter two species by the following features: the caudal ramus about three times as long as broad, P2 exp-3 with three outer spines, P3 enp-3 with two inner setae, P5 basoendopod in the female with four setae, P5 exopod in the female about three times as long as its greatest width, antennule of male 9-segmented, the inner edge of the basis in male P1 with eight chitinous lamellae, P5 exopod in male with four setae.

Abstract

Delavalia qingdaoensis, a new species of harpacticoid copepod of the family Miraciidae is described based on specimens sorted from sediment samples collected in Jiaozhou Bay, Qingdao, Shandong Peninsula, Yellow Sea, in May 2008. The new species is easily distinguished from its congeners by the combined characters of the antennulary segments, an apomorphic setal formula of the swimming legs, and the shape of P5 in both sexes. It is remarkably similar to D. bocqueti (Soyer, 1971) and D. latioperculata (Itô, 1981), but it differs from D. bocqueti by features of the caudal rami, antennule, antennary endopod, mandibular exopod, maxillipedal basis, and P5 endopodal lobe; from D. latioperculata by the caudal rami, the inner setae of P1-P4 enp-1, P2 enp-2, and P4 exp-3, and the shape of P5 in both sexes.

Financial constraints due to the imperfection of capital market have been emphasized as an important factors determining investment by researchers recently. Beside of which, the soft budget constraints (SBC) and agency problem caused by dual property structure of enterprise system are even more important for investment in transitional China. Combing the background of aggregate investment, this paper analyzes the investment behavior and its inner mechanism of listed company in China from different views of SBC, agency cost theory and financial constraints. Based on the empirical study of 1 373 listed company, we find there is indeed some differences for SOE and non-SOE in the aspect of financial constraints even the hypothesis on nexus of cash flow and investment fails. Evidence has been found to support that principal-agency problem in the background of SBC and financial constraints can explain the investment behavior of listed company jointly, which provides another way to interpret the investment behavior of listed company in transitional country.
