DQR Studies in Literature is a book series which first began in 1986 as an offshoot of the journal, Dutch Quarterly Review of Anglo-American Letters that flourished from 1971 until 1992. Like the journal, DQR Studies in Literature publishes collections of original articles by a variety of authors. Each volume focuses on a particular topic or theme, or body of literary work in the English language. Frequently but not invariably such a gathering of articles derives from a conference or is linked to an approaching anniversary associated with individual writers, movements or events, or one recently commemorated.
The series published an average of three volumes per year over the last 5 years.
