Silk Road Studies in International Economic Law offers incisive analysis of the latest developments in international and comparative law, with particular attention to interactions with China, the most populous country and the second largest economy of the world. The Series was inspired by the Silk Road International Workshop and Roundtable Series on International Economic Law and is the flagship book series of the Silk Road Institute for International and Comparative Law (SRIICL).
